With the assistance of Weller Designs, Milford Golf Club embarked on a scheme to realise the potential of their land by identifying suitable land (acceptable to planning policy) on part of their course for built development.
A feasibility study was undertaken by Weller Designs to get the scheme through planning. The three new holes are now complete, and the new development of homes and a care home is going through the planning process with support from the planning officers.
